1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 98ab platform and all its services. By using the 98ab.xyz website and any associated mobile applications, you agree to abide by these Terms.

• Password Security: Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

• Account Transfer Prohibited: Giving, selling, or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawals are returned via the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–48 hours; however, delays may occur if KYC verification has not been completed.

• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited — only use a payment method registered in your own name.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings from a bonus only become withdrawable after the required wagering conditions have been met.
• Bonus Expiry: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are valid for use on specific games only. Using a bonus on an ineligible game may result in winnings being voided.
• Maximum Bet Limit: A maximum bet limit typically applies while a bonus is active.
• Fraudulent Use: If any fraudulent activity is detected in connection with meeting bonus requirements, all bonuses and related winnings will be voided.

5 Gaming Policy & Restrictions

All games on 98ab operate using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and are regularly audited by independent third parties. Game outcomes are entirely fair and random.

• If a technical error causes the outcome of a game to be uncertain, 98ab reserves the right to void that round and refund the wager.
• For Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable policy.
• If a disconnection occurs during a Live Casino game, the policy of the relevant game provider will apply.
• Any disputes regarding game outcomes must be reported to our support team within 72 hours.

6 Prohibited Activities

7 Account Closure & Suspension Policy

98ab reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.

• If the account needs to be reviewed for regulatory or legal reasons.
• If a member voluntarily requests to close their account.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please notify our support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw your balance before the account is closed.

8 Limitation of Liability

98ab strives to deliver the highest quality of service; however, 98ab shall not be held liable in the following cases:

• Losses resulting from internet disconnection or technical failure.
• Delays caused by system failures on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government directives, etc.).
• Loss arising from a member's own negligence or sharing their password with another person.
